<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Registered Nurse - Long Term Care<BR>Location: Washington-Chewelah<BR>Job Number:_20247<BR>Providence is calling a Registered Nurse (RN) to Providence St. Joseph?s Hospital in Chewelah, WA for a part time (.6) day shift.<BR>We are seeking a compassionate and caring Registered Nurse to provide safe and reliable nursing care to the individuals who live in our skilled nursing facility.<BR><BR>In this position you will:<BR>* Act as an advocate for patients in maintaining choice, independence, privacy, dignity and security<BR>* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to prepare and administer individualized nursing plans<BR>* Have responsibility for providing direct patient care to subacute patients and long term care residents, which may include those with Alzheimer?s and Dementia<BR><BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>Required qualifications for this position include:<BR>* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing<BR>* Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Washington State<BR>* Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate for Healthcare Providers<BR>Preferred qualifications for this position include:<BR>* Bachelor?s Degree in Nursing (BSN)<BR>* At least six-months of nursing experience<BR>* Prior patient care experience in subacute, long term care and/or with Alzheimer?s or Dementia patients<BR>* Experience supervising nursing assistants<BR>About the hospital you will serve.<BR>Providence St. Joseph?s Hospital in Chewelah, Washington, offers full-service acute care, skilled health care professionals and the latest in medical technology to the residents of Stevens County.<BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR>Job: Long Term/Transitional Care Nursing </font></td>
