This individual will be responsible for providing technical implementation, training and support to our customers via on-site, telephone, e-mail and remote connectivity tools. <BR><BR>A successful candidate will demonstrate the following accomplishments:<BR><BR>Required Experience: <BR> 2 to 5 years in each of the following:<BR> Relational database design/experience<BR> Database administration/management<BR> Software troubleshooting and problem-solving skills<BR><BR>Preferred Experience:<BR> NOVAtime, Kronos or ADP Time and Attendance software experience<BR> SQL programming<BR> Software programming/development (C# and/or .Net experience preferred).<BR> Professional services / customer facing relationship management experience.<BR> Technical training delivery &/or development.<BR><BR>Attributes:<BR> Skilled in concurrent project management.<BR> Highly effective in time management.<BR> Desire to take ownership and lead of projects.<BR> Ability to work successfully in team environment.<BR> Self-motivated, goal oriented, desire to succeed.<BR> Capable of establishing and maintaining positive client relations.<BR><BR>The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology combined with the ability to successfully interface with customers to provide superior training and support for the Labor Management and Time & Attendance Solutions product line. <BR><BR></font></td>
