PCG’s SSAMS™ division, a third party, non-representation business unit, has been offering disability benefits services since 1989, with several thousand SSI/SSDI applications filed annually.  The SSAMS™ team has a claims processing center in Clarkston Washington and  works with state and county Foster Care agencies, TANF and Public Assistance agencies and Retiree Medical Benefit Trust entities nationwide.<BR> <BR>Overall Responsibilities:<BR>Public Consulting Group is seeking aReceptionistto work for the SSAMS™ team in the Clarkston claims processing center.  The Receptionist will answer and direct all incoming phone calls; assist with accounts payables, data entry, distribute and assist with outgoing mail; run daily reports outlining telephone activities; order supplies, organize and assign incoming documents and provide an inviting atmosphere to all visitors in our office. <BR> <BR>Specific Responsibilities:<BR>* Answer and direct all incoming phone calls.<BR>* Sort and distribute incoming mail.<BR>* Prepare all outgoing FedEx packages and assist with outgoing mail.<BR>* Scan documentation into the case management system.<BR>* Manage all incoming electronic faxes.<BR>* Prepare and organize office supply orders and receipt<BR>* Assist with accounts payables.<BR>* Act as liaison between corporate IT on basic systems in the local office.<BR>* Data entry into case management systems.<BR>* Establish and maintaining good working relationships with Client, SSA, DDS and ODAR office.<BR>Required Skills<BR><BR>* Proper etiquette including customer relation techniques, strong verbal and communications skills.<BR>* Strong Microsoft applications skills.<BR>* Ability to recognize and maintain the confidentiality of all materials in the work setting.<BR>* Understanding of modern office methods and practices, efficient with computers.<BR>* Ability to establish working relationships with federal, state and county agencies as well as the general public.<BR>* Ability to maintain a record keeping and follow-up system.<BR>* Ability to work independently, requiring minimal supervision.<BR>* Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.<BR>Required Experience<BR><BR>* Associates degree or two (2) years relevant experience<BR>* Social Service or medical back ground a plus<BR>This position may be subject to a background check.
