<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;"><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:</b> Mechanic to work on all types of automobiles, heavy-duty trucks, combines (mainly gleaners), and tractors. Full-time, year-round position - after successful six (6) months' probation - with times when long days and weekend work are needed. Alcohol-, drug-, and tobacco-free workplace.<BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b> Familiar with all aspects of vehicle repair, especially electronics<BR>-Valid driver's license, reliable transportation to work site, insurable to test-drive vehicles<BR>-Physically able to maneuver around and under vehicles to perform repairs<BR>-Capable of safely lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 lbs<BR>-Able to work with and around solvents and/or chemicals - safely and without allergic reactions<BR><BR><b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:</b> typically 40 hrs/wk, Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm<BR>-longer days and more days per week around harvest and other busy times<BR><BR><b>SALARY / WAGE / BENEFITS:</b> $10/hr, raises possible after probation, based on performance<BR>-medical insurance provided after successfully completing probationary period<BR><BR><b>CLOSING DATE / DEADLINE:</b> open until filled or at discretion of employer<BR><BR><b>HOW TO APPLY / REQUEST A REFERRAL:</b> Call employer to arrange time to deliver your completed generic application and for initial interview.
