               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">This individual will be working in a manufacturing environment and will be responsible for operating a CNC burn table. He or she will be reading blueprints and using a measuring tape. Some welding and fabrication may also be required. This individual will be maintaining a high degree of quality and identifying and initiating product and process improvements. He or she must be able to interpret mechanical drawings for proper applications of tolerance, fit, and process control. <BR><BR>The most qualified candidate should have a high school diploma or GED and have at least two (2) years in a manufacturing work environment. He or she should have previous experience with operating a CNC burn table, but it is not required. This individual must be detail oriented and be able to work in a high pressure environment. He or she must be familiar with blueprints, be able to use a tape measure, and have strong math skills. The best candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude and be efficient with welding and wiring as well as general assembly duties. <BR><BR>This position is a full time contract to hire position. This position has a wage of $13/hr-$15/hr. <BR><BR>Required Skills: <BR>•2 years manufacturing experience<BR>•Previous CNC Burn Table experience is preferred <BR>•Strong mechanical aptitude<BR>•Experience with reading blueprints and mechanical drawings<BR>•Detail oriented<BR>•Must be able to pass an extensive background check</font></td>
