These responsibilities include maintaining the Active Directory infrastructure. Daily duties will involve design, engineering and implementation of solutions as well as ongoing application of security best practices relating to application access, file and share access, network access, etc. This position will work closely with the networking and server teams within the IT group. This is primarily a technical role. This position is part of an on-call rotation with the Enterprise Security team.<BR><BR><BR>Principal Duties and Responsibilities<BR>• Manage the directory infrastructure aspects of technology migration including capacity planning, security, and performance management. Maintain awareness of industry direction and server operating systems.<BR>• Plan, develop, and maintain the directory architecture, including ADFS and Group Policies.<BR>• Implement and oversee execution of system management and control disciplines to ensure data security, integrity, confidentiality and recoverability.<BR>• Maintain user accounts in SAP ERP system<BR>• Assist internal customers , providing consultancy and review to develop technical specifications, services, interfaces, designs<BR><BR>Job Specifications<BR>Required<BR><BR>• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or a High SchoolDiploma/GED with a minimum 5 years of IT experience)<BR>• 3 to 5 years experience with Security Administration and Management, including Active Directory/LDAP and NTFS, in an enterprise setting.<BR>• Ability to work in diversified teams<BR>• Strong analytical skills<BR>• Strong communication skills.<BR>• Understanding of current security best practices and procedures<BR>• Knowledge of current regulatory/audit domains (SOX, PCI, HIPAA)<BR>• Self motivated and ability to work independently and as part of a team<BR>• Ability to handle competing priorities<BR>• Experience with system administration, monitoring and support procedures<BR>• Knowledge of hardware and software configurations required to support a large scale site and growing corporate environment<BR>• Ability to evaluate and recommend new technologies<BR>• Ability to engage in many projects simultaneously; ability to follow-through and ensure problems get solved.<BR>• Proven interpersonal skills, superior organizational skills, and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment<BR>• In-depth knowledge of Directory management methodologies.<BR>DESIRED<BR><BR>• Experience with Microsoft MIIS/Identity Management<BR>• Knowledge of SAP ECC 7 (HR/FI/MM)<BR>• Knowledge of authorization and access management solutions including Kerberos, SAML, XACML, an </font></td>
