               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Contact Center Customer Service Inbound/Outbound II - We are hiring Service Advisors for our service center conveniently located in Coeur D Alene, Idaho. Currently seeking enthusiastic, service minded professionals to provide credit card customers with account information, respond to customer inquiries, proactively assess customer needs and recommend additional products and services. Other responsibilities include resolving or referring billing disputes, responding to fee and finance charge questions, completing account maintenance, acting on lost or stolen cards and meeting monthly product referral goals. This department offers flexible shifts and operates seven days a week from 5 AM - 12 AM, 365 days a year. Service Advisors are scheduled to work five days per week, including every other weekend. Variable days are given off during the week in which a weekend shift is worked. We ll teach you what you ll need to know to ensure your success You must be able to attend four weeks of classroom training, followed by three weeks of on-the-job training. Training is conducted for seven weeks, Monday-Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and once training is completed, you will begin working your assigned shift. Attending the complete length of training is required for this position. Earn 20 more for bilingual Spanish/English speaking skills and/or qualifying shifts. Evening shifts are also available. Training is mandatory from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM starting November 5, 2012 - December 21, 2012. Shifts are 5 - 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM and 6 - 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM the goal is to convert selected workers to FTE s eventually, all candidates must be submitted at 11.11/hr pay rate and vendors will be notified who will qualify for a higher rate for bilingual Spanish/English speaking skills and/or qualifying shifts.
