               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">This individual will be working in a job shop environment performing metal fabrication and welding. This individual will be responsible for welding both small and large parts together. He or she will be figuring flat layout and forming operations for sheet metal layout. He or she will be taking weld packets and following blue prints to build and fabricate projects with little supervision. This individual will be using band saws, drill presses, and grinding and polishing equipment. He or she will also be operating a forklift. <BR><BR>The most qualified candidate should have a high school diploma or GED and have at least two (2) years experience with welding. He or she must have previous experience welding in a job shop environment. He or she must have experience with MIG and flux core welding and using many different types of materials. This individual must be detail oriented and be able to work in a high pressure environment. He or she must be a self starter and must be able to work independently with very little supervision. <BR><BR>This position is a full time 90 day contract to hire position. This position has a wage of $14.50/hr. <BR><BR>Required Skills: <BR>2 years MIG and flux core welding experience<BR>Experience welding many different materials<BR>Detail oriented<BR>Must be able to pass an extensive background check</font></td>
