               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;"><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:  </b><BR>Assisted living facility is seeking Caregiver with experience to provide assisted living services to meet resident care needs under the supervision of the Resident Care Director and to assist in maintaining a positive physical and social environment for the residents. The technician will supervise and assist with the storage, distribution and discontinuation of residents oral medication(s), report observations to licensed nurse, immediately report any change in resident's condition to the supervisor.  Monitor vital signs as needed by personnel with current license/qualification (as required by state regulations).  Comply with policies and procedures, document medications and other issues appropriately as outlined in policy and procedure Manual.  Serve meals and assist in the dining room as needed.<BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:  </b> <BR><li>Current Certified Nursing Assistant license. </li><BR><li>Successfully complete training as required in accordance with state regulations. </li><BR><li>Ability to read, write and speak effectively to communicate with residents, staff, families, community officials, State officials, and general public. </li><BR><li>Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly. </li><BR><li>Must possess all required licenses and/or certifications if required by state licensing authority. </li><BR><li>Must have the ability to remain calm under stressful conditions. </li><BR><li>Must be able to work full or part time on a regular schedule, and on-call as needed. </li><BR><li>Must be able to perform duties and responsibilities (Essential Job Functions) with or without reasonable accommodation. </li><BR><li>Must pass criminal background check. </li><BR><li>Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, changing of bed linens, positioning, transfer, mobility, and incontinence care. </li><BR><li>Keep proper records of care. </li><BR><li>Vital sign monitoring will be performed as needed by personnel with current license/qualification (as required by state regulations). </li><BR><li>Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers. </li><BR><li>Perform job duties for residents and with team members in a courteous and professional manner. </li><BR><li>Take initiative to ensure resident safety and satisfaction is a priority. </li><BR><li>Meet and greet visitors in a friendly, helpful manner (Visitors include anyone who visits the community; specifically, current residents families and friends, prospective residents and their families, referral sources, vendors and regulators). </li><BR><li>Answer phones appropriately, according to company and community standards.<BR><li>Communicate professionally and cooperate with supervisor and all community personnel. </li><BR><li>Ensure compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding residents rights. </li><BR><li>Attend all required in-service trainings. </li><BR><li>Promote and encourage residents to participate in activities. </li><BR><li>Follow & communicate company policies and procedures. </li><BR><BR><BR><b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:  </b>  <BR>This is a Part-Time position, must be available to work any of the 7 days of the week, any shift.  Could work into Full-Time.  Days/schedule to be discussed at interview<BR><BR><b>SALARY / WAGE / BENEFITS:  </b> <BR>Starting wage is $9.50 per hour Depending on Experience. <BR><BR><b>CLOSING DATE / DEADLINE:  </b>  <BR>Recruitment will continue until position is filled<BR><BR><b>HOW TO APPLY / REQUEST A REFERRAL :</b><BR>Contact WorkSource in person to request a referral, application instructions and additional information.
