               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Program Coordinator - Facilities<BR>Location: Washington-Colville<BR>Job Number:_19948<BR>Providence is calling a Program Coordinator - Facilities to Providence Mount Carmel Hospital in Colville, WA.<BR><BR>This position provides general support to System Integrity staff including clerical support, database management, meeting management and a wide variety of project support activities. <BR>In this position you will:<BR>* Develop and manage standard forms and templates. Provide formatting, proofreading, and editing assistance. Maintain files, records and reports.<BR>* Represent System Integrity on administrative committees. Schedule, coordinate and attend meetings and follow-up actions as requested.<BR>* Make travel and registration arrangements for staff members as requested.<BR>* Develop, review and maintain elements of the System Integrity Intranet web page. Serve as System Integrity IS/Communications Liaison as it relates to SharePoint.<BR>* Support Privacy Office with preparation of privacy and compliance assessments and collate information.<BR>* May also be called upon to provide administrative support to other areas within ERMS (e.g., Enterprise Security System Director and Internal Audit serving the WA/MT area).<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR><BR>Required  qualifications for this position include:<BR><BR>* An associates degree is required.<BR>* A Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration or another related field is preferred.<BR>* Minimum of 5 years experience in general business or healthcare. <BR>* Experience in administrative support, SharePoint authoring and project coordination required.<BR>About the department you will serve.<BR>Mount Carmel Hospital is a Critical Access hospital in Colville, WA serving a three county area in Northeast Washington.
