               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;"><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:</b><BR>Experienced welder needed for busy manufacturing company.   Proven skills in metal fabrication that include Aluminum, MIG & TIG welding.  These positions are responsible for various types of weld preparation, welding and weld finishing operations to manufacture product to customer drawings, specifications, or other forms of instruction.<BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS </b><BR>- HS/GED<BR>- At least 6 months experience in aluminum welding - NO EXCEPTIONS<BR>- Proficient in assigned welding techniques<BR>- Knowledge of wire and filler materials applications for various steel alloys, aluminum, and some exotic materials<BR>- Must be self motivated, safety orientated and work well in a team environment <BR>- Interpretation of mechanical drawings, including weld requirement symbols<BR>- Working knowledge of fixture and weld set up parameters (amps, volts, etc.)<BR>- Process inspection, certification, and documentation<BR>- Conventional and precision measuring instruments<BR>- Welding equipment maintenance<BR>- Finish grinding applications using manual and power tools<BR>- Successful completion of an internal welding test<BR>- Must be able to pass drug/alcohol screen and physical exam.<BR>- Other duties as assigned by the area supervisor<BR><BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</b><BR>- More than 6 months experience in aluminum weld preferred.<BR><BR><b>HOURS/DAYS/SHIFTS </b> <BR>- 40 hours per week, Monday - Thursday <BR>- 6:00 am to 3:30 pm and Friday 6 am to 10am<BR>- Overtime and weekends as needed. <BR><BR><b>WAGE /SALARY/ BENEFITS:</b><BR>- Wage is $13 - $19.00 an hour,  depending upon experience.  <BR>- Excellent benefit package available after 60 probation period.  <BR>****This employer is an Equal Opportunity Employer***<BR><BR><b>CLOSING DATE / DEADLINE:</b><BR>The recruitment period will remain active until filled or at the direction of the employer.<BR><BR><b>HOW TO APPLY/REQUEST A REFERRAL :</b><BR>For instructions on how to apply with this local employer, please contact Colville WorkSource in person at 956 S Main Street or call us at 800-451-1549 or 509-685-6158."</font></td>
