               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">The Electrician Lead must be familiar with the National Electric Code, and must be able to perform and direct activities in a manner that is consistent with the National Electric Code.<BR>In specific areas, the Electrician Lead must be capable of operating any piece of production equipment and have a thorough understanding of the controls, regulators or safety devices.<BR>This position is responsible for accomplishing and overseeing wiring or motors, controls, starters, circuits, and equipment of different voltages and amperages to expedite repairs and reduce downtime. This position must coordinate with the supervisory personnel of the effect of repairs on production schedules.<BR>Plans layout of wiring and installs wiring, conduit, and electrical apparatus in buildings.<BR>Maintain a log and work orders as required of repairs or assignments done.<BR>Train and direct other employees.<BR>Assist in coordination of ordering materials and supplies for R&M.<BR>Performs and assigns checks necessary to insure normal plant equipment operations.<BR>SAFETY: Must have a complete knowledge and understanding of the plant safety rules including but not limited to the lockout-tagout procedure, chemical hazards and the hearing conservation program.
