               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">This person shall be required to work closely with plant management, maintenance supervisors, purchasing department, maintenance personnel and parts room people. Also will provide periodic training on the computerized inventory, purchasing and PM system.<BR>• Determine and assign priorities for all PM and work orders.<BR>• Develops and maintains a plant hierarchy system with al plant assets and equipment.<BR>• Ensures new equipment is captured in CMMS and maintenance specifications, warranty and recommended spare parts are entered.<BR>• Performs planning of all PM and scheduled equipment repairs.<BR>• Coordination of work orders as requested by individuals or those generated through the PM Master system.<BR>• Determine the labor and materials requirements for work requests and initiate the purchasing steps necessary to procure needed materials.<BR>• Collect equipment specifications and expand the plant hierarchy system to include equipment specifics such as drive, bearing belt sizing and other pertinent equipment information.<BR>• Determine tolerances, measures or other specifications to ensure work is performed to designed levels.<BR>• Determine safety requirements to ensure Team Member is informed of issues.<BR>• Develops and maintains a backlog of work orders in “ready
