Observes and maintains record on patient care, condition, reactions and progress. Assists in development of preventive health care programs. Supports all safety programs at the Connell plant. Location is the Connell, Washington Plant. No relocation paid.<BR><BR>Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.<BR>Position Responsibilities ? Provide first aid, nursing and emergency care/stabilization for injured/ill team members and secure appropriate transportation as required.<BR>? Schedule and/or perform assessments and testing according to company policy, including but not limited to, health assessments for post-hire, injury/illness, respirator/HazMat, substance abuse testing, and audiometric testing.<BR>? Communicate information regarding work-related injuries and illnesses to the medical case manager and third party administrator as necessary.<BR>? Assist with maintenance and documentation of workers? compensation cases. Maintain occupational health services records and reporting systems according to OSHA, State, company, and legal requirements.<BR>? Conducts plant walk-through to ensure compliance with modified/restricted duty job requirements.<BR>? Develop, maintain and communicate team member health and wellness program including promotion, education and training programs.<BR>? Collects accurate accident/illness and wellness data and prepares reports.<BR>? Plans and develops objectives of Connell?s Health and Safety services.<BR>? Orders and maintains first aid supplies and personal safety equipment.<BR>? Maintains confidentiality of team member health records according to company policy.<BR>? Maintain legal requirements and licenses for practice.<BR>? Assume self-responsibility and accountability for professional growth and development<BR>? Complete continuing education programs relative to maintain occupational health certification.<BR>? Performs other duties as assigned.<BR>Position Qualifications ? Minimum academic preparation includes completion of accredited school of registered nursing program and current license to practice as a licensed practical nurse in the state of Washington<BR>? Two years experience in the performance of nursing skills relative to Occupational Health Nursing preferred.<BR>? Current CPR/First Aid instructor certification preferred.<BR>? Communication, problem-solving and organizational skills desired.<BR>?
