<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">General Manager: Has a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field may be substituted for up to three years of the required experience. Minimum of five years in administration for a commercial company at equal level or above is required. Ability to establish effective and efficient working relationships with Board of Directors, Tribal Administration, staff members and Federal, State and community leaders. Manage P& L and balance sheet performance. Drive overall profitability and build sources of growth and value creation in line with pre-set targets, such as Federal Contracts and developing the company as an 8a. Develop and operationalize strategies, long-range plans, annual operating plans, annual budgets, while measuring progress on an ongoing basis. Undertake project management activities and supervise the teams. Provide leadership and strategic direction for the development of the project. Take active part in Business Development and Marketing efforts; build new customer relationships. Plan and manage the operation's team development and resource allocation. Must be computer literate, have excellent analytical, oral, written and organizational skills, and have working knowledge of current Tribal and Federal laws and regulations. Must have excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Valid driver's license, adequate transportation, and eligibility to operate GSA vehicles required. This position is subject to pre-employment drug testing and criminal history background check which will include fingerprinting. Must have employment eligibility in the U.S. Indian preference will be observed in the hiring process. JOB DUTIES: The General Manager will be primarily responsible for planning, developing, and directing all commercial activities through defining the strategic objectives and cascading these to the business plans and ensuring flawless execution to provide maximum profit and return. Actively participate in helping to shape the strategic direction of the projects under direct control, with full profit & loss responsibility. Be responsible to secure effective management of the projects. Act as a navigator and a visionary to build and lead a team of dynamic and innovative professionals. Attract and develop talent pool and organization efficiency. Ensure regular communication of business performance against objectives to Board members/managers. Develop strong relationships and communication links with key stakeholders such as Native American Indian Tribes, employee representatives, local, state and federal contracting officers. Assume responsibility for ensuring business compliance with company corporate initiatives and guidelines, including environmental, health and safety and accounting procedures.</font></td>
