Young Life. We are looking for the right person to partner with a committee, community and churches to have a healthy Young Life ministry in the local middle school and high school. Through both training and direct field ministry, the applicant will learn how to lead and participate in this ministry.<BR>Responsibilities:<BR>The part-time mission staff person will be placed under the supervision of an experienced regional trainer, attend quarterly staff meetings with other staff from region, be a part of monthly conference calls, attend all committee meetings, be responsible for recruiting, training and supporting leaders and be personally engaged with the local ministry to middle school and high school students.<BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>* A solid recruiter, trainer and developer of Young Life and WyldLife leaders.<BR>* Ability to encourage a Young Life community, supporting contact work, club, camp and Campaigners.<BR>* Possess sound organizational and communication skills.<BR>* A good delegator.<BR>* Experience in leading adults and students.<BR>* Fundraising skills are highly desirable.<BR>* Proven Young Life leadership experience (paid or volunteer) is preferred.<BR>Notes:<BR>Dayton is a closely knit community of roughly 3,000 people with one high school and one middle school.
