Assists the Franchisee with implementation of plans, values and visions.  Ensures implementation of policies and procedures to increase effectiveness and efficiency.  Responsible for ensuring good client service is maintained.  Monitor and motivate staff so office and personal goals are met.  Schedule work hours and other assignments to staff. Oversee work hours for correctness and control of overtime.  Deals with all client issues, both positive and negative.  Needs to be able to be a Leader of the Team.</font></td>
