               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;"><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:</b><BR>Northern Stevens county clinic is seeking Out-patient primary care Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner. Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, or chronic illness, independently or as part of a healthcare team. May focus on health promotion and disease prevention. May order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests such as lab work and X rays. May prescribe medication Duties shall include, but not be limited to, the following:  Prescribe medication dosages, routes, and frequencies based on patients' characteristics such as age and gender. <BR>-Order, perform, or interpret the results of diagnostic tests such as complete blood counts (CBCs), electrocardiograms (EKGs), and radiographs (x-rays). <BR>-Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, or diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses. <BR>-Develop treatment plans based on scientific rationale, standards of care, and professional practice guidelines. <BR>Diagnose or treat acute health care problems such as illnesses, infections, and injuries. <BR>-Prescribe medications based on efficacy, safety, and cost as legally authorized. <BR>-Counsel patients about drug regimens and possible side effects or interactions with other substances such as food supplements, over-the-counter (OTC) medications, and herbal remedies. <BR>-Recommend interventions to modify behavior associated with health risks. <BR>-Detect and respond to adverse drug reactions, with special attention to vulnerable populations such as infants, children, pregnant and lactating women, and older adults. <BR>-Educate patients about self-management of acute or chronic illnesses, tailoring instructions to patients' individual circumstances.<BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b><BR>-Must  have Current State of Washington Advanced Registered Nurse   Practitioner License<BR>-Must have 24 months verifiable experience as a Registered Nurse<BR>-Must have Current BLS certification<BR>-Must have clean malpractice claim record and malpractice database record.<BR>-Must have clean Medical Quality Assurance commission record.<BR>-Must demonstrate ability to keep and maintain (or cause to be kept and maintained) appropriate records relating to all professional services rendered by him/her under this Agreement<BR>-Must have ability to prepare and attend to, in connection with such services, all reports, claims and correspondence necessary or appropriate in the circumstances, all of which records, reports, claims and correspondence shall belong to the Employer<BR>-Must demonstrate performance of all things reasonably desirable to maintain and improve his/her professional skills<BR>-Must maintain a current Washington State License to practice medicine as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner<BR>-Must maintain eligibility for insurance (payer) credentialing with the health insurance companies contracted with by the Employer<BR>-Must maintaining eligibility for malpractice insurance credentialing with the malpractice insurance companies contracted with by the Employer<BR>-Must maintain eligibility to care for VA patients;<BR><BR><BR><b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:</b><BR>Full time   8AM-5PM  Monday-Friday  Maintain a minimum number of appointments (including open, no-show, and late cancel appointments) of 4,248 per year; and Employee shall perform full-time clinical practice, which is defined as a forty-hour (40) minimum workweek.  Workweek cannot be compressed into less than four (4) days.<BR><BR><b>SALARY/WAGE/BENEFITS:</b><BR> $70-$80K per year,  depending upon experience.<BR><BR><b>CLOSING/DATE/DEADLINE:</b><BR>When filled <BR><BR><b>HOW TO APPLY:</b><BR>For instructions on how to apply with this local employer, please contact Colville WorkSource in person at 956 S Main Street or call us at 800-451-1549 or 509-685-6158. <BR>EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER * Affirmative Action:  All qualified applicants are considered.  Minorities, women, veterans, or Persons with Disabilities are encouraged to apply.<BR><BR><BR></font></td>
