Serves as a working lead supervisor coordinating activities of employees engaged in food operations. May assume manager responsibilities if the need should arise<BR><BR>? Assists with the daily clerical and accounting.<BR><BR>? Maintains records of catering events and billing. <BR><BR>? May be needed to place food and supply orders.<BR><BR>? Closely work with site head cooks and district delivery driver to create stocksheets and confirm inventory.<BR><BR>? Monitor employee productivity and provide suggestions for increased service or productivity, complete final walk-through.<BR><BR>? Works with customers/clients to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution.<BR><BR>? Meet with Manager daily to discuss/plan daily production.<BR><BR>? Complete other functions as assigned.<BR><BR><BR><BR>Knowledge and Skills: <BR><BR>Applies moderately complex technical skills appropriate for the position. May adapt procedures, processes, tools, equipment and techniques to meet the requirements of the positions. Applies knowledge of department policies and procedures, and utilizes a general understanding of other departments functions. Ability to effectively train employees, communicate policies, and/or procedures in a manner easily understood by fellow employees. Must demonstrate analytical ability and be able to work independently.<BR><BR><BR><BR>Requirements:<BR><BR>? Education or Equivalent Experience: High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience.<BR><BR>? Supervisor/Managerial Experience: Previous supervisory experience preferred.<BR><BR>? Function Specific Experience: 2 or more years of related work experience.<BR><BR>? Certification Requirements: None.<BR><BR>? Availability: Event driven business so applicants with most schedule flexibility preferred.<BR><BR><BR><BR>Supervision:<BR><BR>Supervision Received: Works under minimal supervision. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and goals.<BR><BR><BR><BR>Supervision Provided: Orients, trains, assigns and checks the work of employees.<BR><BR><BR><BR>Working Conditions: <BR><BR>Work is performed in an area that is adequately lighted and ventilated.<BR><BR><BR><BR>Physical Demands: Specific physical characteristics and abilities are required to perform the work, such as agility, dexterity and long periods of walking, standing, bending, carrying or lifting supplies and equipment weighing 30 pounds or more. <BR><BR><BR><BR>Work in varying temperatures and weather conditions.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         </font></td>
