Proficient in developing vector spatial analysis models using Spatial ModelBuilder, Python, or other GIS scripting languages. Develop geodatabase schemas and analysis methods needed to support project goals. Prepare written documentation describing methodologies/procedures and prepare exhibits. Maintain GIS data and cataloging system.<BR>Keyword(s): GIS Analyst , GIS, analysis, scripting. ArcGIS, GPS, mapping, VBA. Requirements BA/BS in Geography, Planning, Engineering, Natural Sciences or related field with 2+ years of practical GIS experience. <BR>Proficient in use of ArcGIS 10.0 or above and ArcGIS extensions (3D Analyst, Spatial Analyst, Publisher, etc.). <BR>Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, SharePoint). <BR>Proficient in the use of coordinate systems and projections.<BR>Ability to follow both written and verbal instruction.<BR>Ability to multi-task, manage time constraints, and meet deadlines. <BR>Ability to work independently and in a team environment. <BR>Excellent verbal and written communication skills. <BR>Genuine enthusiasm for learning, pushing technical limits, and finding new solutions. <BR>Experience in publishing web map services through ArcServer 10.0 or above.<BR>Experience in working with CAD data.<BR>Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2008 or above.<BR>Experience using Manifold 8.0.<BR>ESRI Certification, GISP, AICP, PE or other professional certification.<BR>      <BR>This position may be subject to a pre-employment drug test and drug and alcohol testing during the course of your employment based upon HDR's Drug Testing and Drug Free Workplace Policy. <BR></font></td>
