               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;"><b>MAINTENANCE-JANITOR</b><BR><BR><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:</b><BR>* Interact with all customers and staff in a friendly, courteous and professional manner<BR>* Clean floors, fixtures, fuel pumps, windows, televisions, furniture, walls, ceilings, vents, light fixtures, compressors and refrigeration coils<BR>* Floor stripping and waxing, minor repair work, replacing cameras, light bulbs, soap and paper dispensers and restroom fixtures<BR>* Keep showers and restrooms clean and ready for guests<BR>* Maintain log or record of all repair and maintenance work scheduled and completed<BR>* Keep grounds free of litter and trash<BR>* Empty ashtrays each shift and trash cans as frequently as needed<BR>* Ensure proper stocking and set up of fuel islands<BR>* Launder towels, wash cloths and bath mats as directed<BR>* Keep janitor carts and supply room clean, orderly and stocked<BR>* Ensure all cleaning supplies and hazardous materials are labeled correctly<BR>* Dispense propane, clean fuel spills; complete required reports for any spill clean up<BR>* Obtain and record accurate fuel pump meter readings and fuel tank readings daily<BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS: </b><BR>*  Reliable transportation to get to work as scheduled<BR>*  Flexible with work scheduling<BR>*  Self starter who does not need constant direction<BR>*  Ambitious, takes pride in cleanliness<BR>*  Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds<BR><BR><b>HOURS/DAYS/SCHEDULE: </b><BR>Full-time position, all days of the week, all shifts (day, swing, graveyard)<BR><BR><b>SALARY/WAGE/BENEFITS: </b><BR>Hourly wage starts at $9.25<BR><BR><b>CLOSING DATE/DEADLINE:</b><BR>The recruitment period will remain active until filled, expired, or at the direction of the employer.<BR><BR><b>HOW TO APPLY/REQUEST A REFERRAL:</b><BR>Please contact the nearest WorkSource office for referral information and application instructions.</font></td>
