Sets strategy for servicing this sector and coordinates all activity at the accounts. Ensures program is offering the best support and service to the customers in this sector. ?Is the Customers? advocate within the company to ensure a very intimate bond with our customer base.?<BR>Essential Duties & Responsibilities:?<BR>* Penetrates our account base at all levels and develops strong relationships for opportunities for technical sales.<BR>* Develops and incorporates a solid strategy for the aftermarket to maximize service and support to the customer base.<BR>* Works as a team with other RSMs to ensure cross-account programs are supported in the aftermarket.?<BR>* Accepts Department projects as assigned for Sales strategy investigation and direction setting.<BR>* Develops close ties to Engineering and Procurement to present the ECS capabilities to our Customer base.<BR>* Remains engaged on booked programs to ensure aftermarket issues with the customer are smoothly addressed.<BR>* Establishes and executes capture plans for new products at accounts.<BR>* Manages and supports the Commercial Distribution accounts to force multiply the Units? sales abilities and service capabilities.<BR>* Provides accurate and detailed reporting within the company for projects and opportunities.<BR>* Ensures compliance to Department of Commerce Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and Department of State International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).?Required Skills<BR>???????????????????????????????????????<BR>* Deep understanding and knowledge of Airline Customer base and Airlines Aftermarket distribution as well as Airline purchasing processes, practices and trends in the industry.<BR>* Strong interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills with airline purchasing agents and key decision makers.<BR>* Proactive, positive and customer focused attitude.<BR>* Expectation of knowledge of ITAR, contracts, pricing, and operations in a manufacturing environment.<BR>* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Required Experience<BR>* BS degree in Engineering or Business, MBA or other advanced degree preferred.<BR>* Proven success in Sales management in Airline Industry using strong coaching and influencing skills.<BR>* Minimum of 3 years of success in technical relationship building based on record of accomplishments - preferably in Airlines Sales of electro-mechanical components.<BR>* Proven year-over-year track record of success in Engineering, Program Management or Sales.<BR>* Demonstrated success in<BR>- building strong customer relationships at all levels in Airline Aftermarket Sales Industry.<BR>- key accounts penetration at all levels of major airline carriers both US and abroad.<BR>* Outstanding planning and organizational skills.<BR>* Expected travel to the region 40%.Job LocationEverett, Washington, U </font></td>
