               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;"><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:</b> <BR>Everett Employer is seeking to hire for an AUTO SALES position.  We will train because we want the right people on our team. <BR><BR>DUTIES YOU WILL DO ON THE JOB:<BR>- Demonstration and presentation of all vehicles<BR>-Understand automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features; comparing and contrasting competitive models; inspecting automobiles. <BR>- Develops buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers; suggesting trade-ins; meeting prospects at community activities; greeting drop-ins; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions.<BR>- Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer's requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport. <BR>- Demonstrate automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking drives; explaining warranties and services. <BR>- Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing; collects payment; delivers automobile<BR>- Provides sales management information by completing reports. <BR>- Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications. <BR><BR><b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:</b> <BR>- Business is open 7 days a week<BR>- 8:30 AM to 9:00 PM Monday to Saturday 10a-7pm Sunday<BR>- Scheduled according to business needs<BR>- Five day work week with two days off in a row per week.<BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b> <BR>-  Valid driver's license<BR>- Must have a clean driving record with a 3 year Drivers Abstract<BR>- Self confidence and willing to approach people<BR>- Willing to be trained <BR>- Must be willing to have two days off in a row during the week.  Your days off would either be Monday & Tuesday or Wednesday & Thursday. <BR>- Strong verbal communication<BR>- Motivation for sales<BR><BR><b>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</b> <BR>- NOT a plus or minus to have sales experience but someone willing to be trained to our company standards. <BR><BR><b>WAGE / BENEFITS:</b> <BR>- Average wage is $48,000 commission position<BR>- We take out taxes each pay day. We will give you a W2 at the end of the year you don't have to worry about taking out the taxes.
