               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Clinical Manager - Home Health<BR>Location: Washington-Everett<BR>Job Number:_03592<BR>Providence is calling a Home Health Clinical Manager to Providence Hospice and Home Care of Snohomish County in Everett, WA.<BR><BR><BR>We are seeking a highly compassionate health care professional who loves to manage people and is passionate about home health services.<BR><BR><BR>In this position you will:<BR>* Serve as the manager of a clinical program and provide staff supervision and coordination for the care provided to patients and their families served in their home settings.<BR>* Have responsibility for identifying ?best practices? for care.<BR>* Network with community resources and consult with community health care providers serving patients with life limiting illness.<BR>* Work with Clinical Director to develop of Nursing, MSW, Home Health Aide or Therapy programs.<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>Required qualifications for this position include:<BR>* Degree in Nursing<BR>* 5 or more years experience in management or supervisor <BR>* 2 or more years of recent experience in home health setting<BR>Preferred qualifications for this position include:<BR>* Current professional licensure in Washington State<BR>* Current Washington State driver?s license and access to insured, reliable vehicle<BR>* Bachelor''s Degree in Nursing<BR>* Certified Oasis Specialist-Clinical certification<BR>* Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification<BR><BR><BR>About the ministry you will serve.<BR>Providence Home Services provides quality, timely comprehensive medical care in the homes of patients and with facilities in Washington State?s King, Snohomish, Thurston, Mason and Lewis Counties.
