               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Pacific Ship Repair<BR>Job Announcement<BR>10/15/12<BR><BR>Open till filled<BR>Cost Analyst<BR>Non-union; Exempt<BR>Primary Location:  Everett, WA<BR><BR>If you are interested in job position please email resume to Gbryant@pacship.com or Fax 360-674-2073<BR><BR><BR>Cost Analyst<BR>Job Description<BR><BR>Prepare and analyze Cost/Schedule Status Report (CSSR) for government <BR>•   Provide a variance analysis at the work item level<BR>•   Prepare and submit invoices <BR>•   Familiar with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) based on labor hours and     analyzes labor hours performance compared to labor cost performance <BR><BR>Notify customer of excess funding and request de-obligation of funding at 50 percent contract completion point or as needed<BR> <BR>Prepare Award Fee Board presentation to illustrate all cost objectives were met <BR>  Familiar with Forward Pricing Rate Agreement approved by Defense Contract Audit Agency<BR><BR>Knowledge of revenue recognition<BR> <BR>Forecast price trends using historical data and cost models<BR><BR>Review contract modifications from NAVSEA for accuracy<BR> <BR> <BR>Requirements:<BR><BR>BS or BA required in Business, Finance, or Accounting<BR>Experience in finance, in a defense environment preferred<BR><BR>Drug screen and criminal background screening</font></td>
