Verification of orders for accurate price, part number and quantity.? Provide price quotations. Keep accurate record of sales order status, required ship dates, and back orders.? Review and interpret contractual requirements and ensure internal flow down of requirements.<BR>Primary Responsibilities<BR>* Quotes product price/delivery to customers<BR>* Ensures accurate order entry in compliance with customer requirements and agreements<BR>* Troubleshoots, analyzes, and remedies customer problems within established guidelines<BR>* Retains accurate customer files<BR>* Acts as liaison between Korry and the customer, ensuring Korry?s best interest.<BR>* Obtains and submits customer requested information<BR>* Submits engineering support requests for review<BR>* Coordinates booking/shipping schedules with Production Schedulers<BR>* Coordinates customer communication with the assigned Regional Business Managers<BR>* Responsible for established territory.
