JOB SUMMARY:
Primary Responsibilities



  • Quotes product price/delivery to customers

  • Ensures accurate order entry in compliance with customer requirements and agreements

  • Troubleshoots, analyzes, and remedies customer problems within established guidelines

  • Retains accurate customer files

  • Acts as liaison between Korry and the customer, ensuring Korry’s best interest.

  • Obtains and submits customer requested information

  • Submits engineering support requests for review

  • Coordinates booking/shipping schedules with Production Schedulers

  • Coordinates customer communication with the assigned Regional Business Managers

  • Responsible for established territory. Interfaces with other departments to resolve customer issues

  • Requires special projects work, long-term reporting or data gathering efforts.

  • Review and negotiate complex contractual requirements between Korry and the customer

  • Provide leadership and assist in mentoring/training customer Service Account Administrators.

  • Prepares and coordinates required Export documentation when required

  • Maintain the highest ethical standards, even when challenged from above

  • Understand and live by Esterline’s ethics and business conduct policies


Qualifications



  • Demonstrated proficiency in written/verbal business communication and interpersonal skills are required.

  • Basic understanding of U.S. Export regulations (EAR and ITAR) highly desirable.
