<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;"><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:</b> <BR>A company in Everett is hiring a CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST to Conduct research on technical, operational and quality issues that cannot be resolved by customer. Analyze information to evaluate reported discrepancies. Provide assistance to system owner in researching event to determine safety implications, preparing analysis, recommendations and presentations. Prepares routine communications and presentation material for dissemination to internal and external customers. Researchand develop engineering updates for technical in-service issues. <BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b><BR>- Perform root cause analysis and corrective action of non-conformances to reduce scrap, minimize rework, reduce cost and improve quality to meet requirements <BR>- Validate and evaluate the nonconforming condition. Coordinates design engineering to provide Materials Review Board technical consultation of routine production, test, and post production discrepancies<BR>- Provide a record of collaborative agreement for customer emergent concerns<BR>- Communicate with other organizations and assist in the implementation of selected activities (such as consultation with other subject matter experts, rework or repair, drawing changes, process improvements, hardware and drawing investigations) to resolve basic engineering issues to meet group, organization, and company objectives. <BR>- Assist suppliers and build partners with compliance to standards and specifications for production and processes<BR>- Apply basic knowledge of design principles contained in product definition data (such as drawings, specifications, processes and design manuals) to support development of solutions to product and process queries from customers<BR>- Apply basic engineering knowledge and assists in product and process improvements<BR>- Understand and apply physical, mechanical, electrical or scientific principles and product-specific knowledge to request appropriate tests to locate and isolate problems, identify possible solutions, and select established approaches that are practical and effective<BR>- Apply existing training and practical experience to tasks. Mentor and train less experienced engineers in application of existing training<BR>- Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Engineering discipline<BR>- 4 years in an engineering classification (3 of those years in Aerospace)<BR>- 1 year experience in wire installation design<BR>- Ability to effectively communicate and work in a team environment<BR>- Fluent in English (Written and verbal)<BR>- Ability to make decisions applicable to job level and responsibilities<BR>- Advanced ability to work with MS Office computer applications<BR>- Advanced problem solving skills<BR>- Able to read and understand technical drawings<BR>- Ability to pass a criminal background check<BR><BR><b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:</b><BR>- 40 hours per week<BR>- Shifts are Monday through Friday from 7:00AM to 3:30PM<BR><BR><b>SALARY / WAGE / BENEFITS:</b><BR>- Salary is based on experience<BR>- Benefits include medical, dental, 401k, retirement, vacation<BR><BR><b> CLOSING DATE / DEADLINE:</b><BR>- Position is open until filled<BR><BR><b>HOW TO APPLY / REQUEST A REFERRAL:</b><BR>Report in person with this Job Order Number to your nearest WorkSource office.
