As the Director of International Sales for our BioMedical organization, you will be responsible for a team that is tasked with the development and growth of our business globally.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><BR><BR>We are looking for a dynamic leader to be responsible for the development and management of an international sales team that sells products directly and/or through designated distributors, and/or manufacturing representatives. You will work closely with the Fluke Biomedical?s leadership team to support company iniatives, develop and implement strategic direction, support the sales operations and leadership.<BR><BR>Responsibilities: <BR>* Define "what winning looks like" and internalize a mentality of "hope is not a strategy, failure is not an option" within the organization. Coach and lead the team to improve performance levels of both the FBC sales team as well as our business partners.<BR>* Demonstrate Danaher Business System leadership in the deployment of tools resulting in improved Sales Force Efficiency (SFI). <BR>* Assess existing channel and go-to-market structure, identify shortfalls, provide recommendations, and execute agreed upon changes. Deploy tools and mechanisms to increase engagement and performance of our various channel partners.<BR>* Lead organizational change resulting in improved talent levels and an organization structure well positioned to win in all respective geographies and key markets. <BR>* Provide daily management and oversight of sales process including funnel management and key account processes to achieve growth expectations in the business<BR>* Lead action plan contributions for the sales organization to deliver maximum launch velocity for new products.<BR>* Act as a growth catalyst and provide consistent reporting mechanisms on sales performance, funnel levels and trajectory, as well as other relevant information resulting in a transparent assessment of our performance in the marketplace (performance measured relative to plan, growth, and share shifts).<BR>* Partner with the marketing organization to determine the most effective growth initiatives to invest against and build cohesive sales and marketing strategies to win.<BR>* Manage discounts extended to deliver maximum contribution margin to the business.<BR>* You will be managing a team that willinclude: 1 regional sales manager, 1 sales assistant, andsupported bymultiple associates around the organization.<BR><BR>Minimum Qualifications: <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><BR>* Bachelor''s Degree required.
