<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Distribution Sales Representative - Mid-Atlantic<BR>Location: North America-United States-wa-Everett<BR>Job Number:_FLU000983<BR><BR>Fluke is looking for a motivated individual with the desire to grow in sales or continue to develop their sales and relationship management skills. You will be responsible for sales growth by merchandizing, partnering with our distributors and working with our top of line and world renowned products. You will focus the majority of your time with distributor''s locations and will develop relationships with key distributor branches, as well as working with end users to show the benefits of our products.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><BR><BR>Primary Responsibilities:<BR>* You will be responsible for the development, presentation, selling and implementation of merchandising programs with key accounts to meet sales goals and forecasts.<BR>* Responsible for the management of the set-up and maintenance of product displays and support product orders as needed.<BR>* Support distributors and end users in all sales-oriented activities, including marketing, advertising, sales promotions, training, and other merchandising activities.<BR>* Conduct merchandising training to Fluke field sales reps and distributors.<BR>* Perform daily analysis and reporting of merchandising activities.<BR>* Provide post-sales support where necessary and work with inside sales and customer service to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.<BR>* Work alongside and mentor individual sales representatives.<BR>* Perform other related duties as assigned.<BR><BR><BR>Basic Requirements:<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><BR>* B.A. degree in Business Administration or a B.S. degree in Engineering or a closely related degree, and targeted experience in sales with a focus on relationship management, metrics, technology and a proven track record of success. Or a Technical degree from a 4 year program with a minimum of 6 months experience selling a technical product and/or related school project experience.<BR>* Basic knowledge of merchandising, sales and marketing practices preferred. <BR>* Excellent communication, strong planning, highly organized and excellent problem solving skills.<BR>* Ability to work well individually and with others in a team environment.<BR>* Moderate physical effort required.<BR>* Experience with MS Office, maintaining reports and working in a goal driven organization<BR>* Looking for someone who is driven, is a self-starter and can work both strategically and tactically<BR>* Must be able to travel frequently within the assigned territory.<BR>All external hiring is contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and a criminal background check.
