This position conducts learning requirements analysis and establishes learning objectives for the 747/767/777 and/or 787 program through workplace coaching. Delivers content and assesses effectiveness based on learning objectives. Designs and develops course content and instructional materials as appropriate. Conducts customer workplace coaching sessions to improve individual and/or group performance. Consults with business partners on performance development opportunities by analyzing, planning, implementing and evaluating learning strategies and solutions. Deploys development tools and monitors implementation and performance outcomes. Defines project scope and recommends deliverables, budget and resources. Oversees curriculum development, review of course content and instructional materials, testing and system access requirements. Identifies business specific learning objectives and adapts curriculum content and delivery methods. Performs as a lead facilitator in a specialized content area.
