<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Employee Development Specialist<BR>Location: WA-Everett<BR>PDS is seeking aEmployee Development Specialistfor an open position in Everett, WA.<BR><BR>In your role, you will:<BR>* Deliver formal Production Engineering skills classes to Commercial Airplane and Defense System employees within Puget Sound and assesses effectiveness based on learning objectives.<BR>* Conduct customer workplace coaching sessions to improve individual or group performance.<BR><BR>As our ideal candidate, you will meet the following requirements:<BR>* Formal experience delivering training in a manufacturing environment and possess a minimum of 4 years experience and subject matter expertise within the Manufacturing Engineering career field.<BR>* Must be able to correctly interpret installation drawings and convey build procedures into work instructions used by manufacturing technicians.<BR>* Strong process document navigation skills required.<BR>* Must have the ability to recognize and accommodate different adult learning styles.<BR>* This position requires the flexibility to work multiple shifts and primarily supports our Everett site teams.<BR>* However, there will be times when working in other Puget Sound locations is a job requirement.
