               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Employee Development Specialist<BR>Location: WA-Everett<BR>PDS is seeking an Employee Development Specialist for an open position in Everett, WA. The person performing the tasks associated with this position primarily delivers formal company production systems classes to Commercial Airplane employees at the Everett WA site. Classes include business process-specific content and job-simulated practice. <BR><BR>In your role, you will:<BR>* <BR>Identify business specific learning objectives and adapt curriculum content and delivery method to meet customer requirements.<BR>* <BR>Deliver content and assess effectiveness based on learning objectives.<BR>* <BR>Develop post assessment recommendations and adjusts content and delivery method.<BR>* <BR>Collaborate with others to ensure course content is current and accurate.<BR>As our ideal candidate, you will meet the following requirements:<BR>* <BR>Bachelor&#39;s degree and formal experience delivering job-specific software training in an aerospace manufacturing environment.<BR>* <BR>Experience using and/or teaching others to use one or more of the following company production systems is strongly preferred: Velocity,Enterprise Information Delivery (EID, Integrated Visualization Tool (IVT), On-line Work Instructions (OWI), Non-Conformance Management (NCM). <BR>* <BR>Experience using the MS Office suite of tools required as is the ability to use company systems associated with the delivery and administration of training.<BR>* <BR>Experience using a learning management system strongly preferred.<BR>* <BR>Must have the ability to recognize and accommodate different adult learning styles.<BR>* <BR>This position requires the flexibility to work multiple shifts.<BR>* <BR>Must be willing to travel. This position primarily supports our Everett site team. However, there will be times when working in other Puget Sound locations is a job requirement.
