               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Employee Development Specialist<BR>Location: WA-Everett<BR>PDS is seeking an Employee Development Specialist for an open position in Everett, WA.<BR><BR>In your role, you will:<BR>* Represent the Learning, Training & Development (LTD) organization to enterprise Engineering and other internal and external groups within the company, including engineers, designers, managers, team leads, vendor employees, and executives. <BR>* Assist the engineering customer in the workplace with seminars and one-on-one coaching of design systems (CATIA V5, NX) in various disciplines (Structures, Electrical, Mechanical Systems, Structural Analysis, etc.) in the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) context of ENOVIA or TEAMCENTER, and associated applications.<BR>* Troubleshoot problems related to these systems including relative developed applications and be able to explain solutions to customers.<BR>* Plan, conduct, and analyze results of performance analyses of the engineering group; work with Engineering management to help them understand what learning solutions are available; and utilize the results to assist in the development of measurable educational objectives.<BR>* Participate in alpha and beta test of courses.<BR>* Work with Learning Solutions Integrators (LSIs) to define educational outcome for course objectives (ensure educational outcomes and instructional modules are consistent with the engineering processes and methods); provide recommendations to customers on current and future LTD courses.<BR>* Teach short courses and/or seminars to groups ranging in size from one person to several hundred persons.<BR><BR><BR>As our ideal candidate, you will meet the following requirements:<BR>* Must be an exceptional communicator (both verbal and written).<BR>* Must be comfortable in front of large groups and any level of management.<BR>* Must be knowledgeable and confident, while friendly and engaging.<BR>* Must be proactively able to solicit feedback from customers (what is working, what is not working, how can we do better, etc.).<BR>* Must be able to formulate clear and concise process improvement recommendations, including required budget and resources.<BR>* Must be a U.S. person for purposes of Export Compliance.<BR>* Must possess above average skills using CATIA (preferably V5) and/or NX as well as ENOVIA and/or TEAMCENTER.<BR>This position may require you to submit to and pass a drug test and/or background check.<BR>If this is a hands-on position, you may also be required to pass a safety and productivity examination.<BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR>PDS Tech, Inc. will comply with all applicable federal and state laws governing the use of such background checks and drug tests.<BR><BR><BR>PDS Tech, Inc. is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer - Minorities/Female/Disabled/Veteran (EOE M/F/D/V)<BR><BR>Founded in 1977, PDS Tech, Inc. is one of the nation&#39;s premier specialty staffing firms with 31 offices nationwide.
