               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Human services agency seeks an Employment Specialist to help adults with disabilities obtain and keep jobs. Duties include job coaching and counseling, placement, and networking. Must be self-directed, detail-oriented, and committed to good customer service and follow through. This job requires excellent skills in verbal and written communication, organization, marketing, documentation, word processing, and working under pressure.  We prefer candidates who have experience working with adults with disabilities and working with DVR. Requires a high school diploma or GED, and college coursework is preferred. Specialist must drive a personal vehicle while supporting clients, so we require valid Washington driver’s license and proof of insurance. This position also requires tremendous flexibility for scheduling, and may require weekend or evening work.</font></td>
