Develops estimates from complex technical requirements through the design, build and support stages of the program. Coordinates the development of the statement of work, identifying significant cost drivers, providing risk and benefit alternatives and determining best estimate approach for proposals. Develops and revises estimating and pricing policies, systems, tools and training.<BR><BR><BR><BR>Competencies<BR>General<BR><BR><BR>[ + ] Business (Financial) Acumen<BR>Accurately performs quantitative financial calculations and/or understands the implications of financial graphs, charts, tables, etc. on own work group, other work groups, and occasionally on external customers.
