               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">LocationEverett, WA<BR>Security Clearance Required?No Security Clearance Requiredabout security clearance definitions<BR>Position Description<BR>Reporting to the Propulsion Systems Division Cost Estimating Manager, this position will develop cost estimates and lead moderate / complex business case and alternatives analyses for technical solutions, manufacturing approaches, capital investment decisions and schedule alternatives affecting future cash flow, earnings, market share and competitiveness. Develops estimates from complex technical requirements through the design, build and support stages of the program. Coordinates the development of the statement of work, identifying significant cost drivers, providing risk and benefit alternatives and determining best estimate approach for proposals. Develops and revises estimating and pricing policies, systems, tools and training.<BR><BR><BR><BR>Competencies<BR>General<BR><BR><BR>[ + ] Business (Financial) Acumen<BR>Accurately performs quantitative financial calculations and/or understands the implications of financial graphs, charts, tables, etc. on own work group, other work groups, and occasionally on external customers.
