Ensures the accurate compilation, analysis and reporting of financial data. Develops implements and maintains systems, procedures and policies. Provides the required financial information to management and ensures that the proper information is maintained for historical purposes. Initiate and manage monthly forecasting and financial review process; interface factory managers to manage operations spend and optimize business results.<BR><BR>Primary Responsibilities <BR>* Analyze trends and anticipate business group operating performance; make recommendations to management to solve unfavorable trends<BR>* Evaluates business group performance and provide insight as to the impact of the financial situation on the future performance of the group and Fluke as a company<BR>* Manage the monthly closing and forecasting process for the North America Operations organization, including variance analysis and forecast changes from period to period<BR>* Act as a key contributor to the success of the team and keep Senior Management abreast of key financial measures<BR>* Support global operations initiatives as assigned<BR>* Actively support development of annual budget for the North America Operations organization.<BR>* Anticipate and alert management to unfavorable cost trends.<BR>* Perform special projects, support acquisition integrations, and other related duties as assigned<BR><BR>* <BR>Bachelor''s degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 6 years relatedexperience, with 4 - 6 years of experience in Cost Accounting or a Finance role supporting manufacturing (A MBA, CPA or CMA is preferred<BR>* <BR>Cross functional and international experience is desired<BR>* <BR>Demonstrated knowledge of the manufacturing environment and related accoun </font></td>
