               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: IS Analyst Pharmacist<BR>Location: Washington-Everett<BR>Job Number:_19877<BR>Providence is calling an Epic IS Analyst Pharmacist to Epic Implementation in Everett, WA.<BR><BR>We are seeking an Epic IS Analyst Pharmacist to be responsible for the maintenance of the Pharmacy Computer System and the Patient Safety Initiatives. The incumbent will promote safe, cost-effective, rational drug use and provide expert pharmaceutical information to other health colleagues. <BR><BR>In this position you will:<BR><BR>* <BR>Demonstrate age specific patient care considerations for the population served<BR>* Manage computer systems<BR>* <BR>* Perform routine maintenance including the testing of all updates and new releases prior to installation<BR>* Document all maintenance is maintained appropriately<BR>* Develop and implement system enhancements<BR>* Coordinate with IS staff<BR>* Investigate uses to maximum potential, assesses benefit and impact of features not in use. Make recommendations as appropriate.<BR>* Act as liaison with vendors and participates in user group discussions<BR>* <BR>Enter medication events and adverse drug reactions from reports into computer database<BR>* <BR>Identify and recommend process improvements to remedy<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>Requiredqualifications for this position include:<BR>* Bachelor Degree<BR>* <BR>Progressively responsible clinical practice and project management providing pharmaceutical care in a multiple health system setting<BR>* <BR>Applied computer and Internet experience in development, implementation, maintenance and enhancement of pharmacy computer systems<BR>* <BR>Experience developing and conducting staff education and training<BR>* <BR>Prior pharmaceutical reimbursement experience in a multiple health system setting or a combination of directly related education and work experiences<BR>* <BR>Registered as a pharmacist in the State of Washington<BR><BR>Preferredqualifications for this position include:<BR>* Pharmacy, PharmD degree<BR>* Certified with SQL capabilities<BR><BR>About the department you will serve.<BR>Providence Strategic and Management Services provides a variety of functional and system support services for all eight regions of Providence Health & Services from Alaska to California.
