Participates in strategy development. Conducts Beta tests on new tools. Manage projects by working with cross functional teams to provide visibility data on facilities request, skills matrix, compliance metrics. <BR><BR>REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:<BR>Strong communication and project management skills. Have experience working with cross functional team in leading complex projects.</font></td>
