               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;"><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:</b>   <BR>An Engineering company in Everett is hiring a LIAISON DESIGN SPECIALIST to perform assigned tasks while meeting the organization's expectations for quality, schedule, and process compliance.<BR><BR><b>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</b><BR>- Identify the need for enhanced processes, methods, and tools<BR>- Apply program technical requirements to work requirements, processes, and tasks<BR>- Develop solutions to problems, with ingenuity and innovation<BR>- Collaborate and coordinate with customer to develop design solutions<BR>- Ability to design optimization through commonality, cost, weight, producibility, and maintainability of design<BR>- Ensure compliance to design requirements<BR>- Ability to investigate and resolve design issues<BR>- Communicate and facilitate the implementation of 2D and 3D Wire Harness physical design and installation between internal and external customers<BR>- Focal for common change process and engineering work statement definition<BR>- Monitor and provide status of wire installation activities<BR>- Provide guidance to less experienced staff<BR>- Ability to effectively communicate and work in a team environment<BR>- Exercise latitude in determining technical solutions<BR>- Proficient knowledge of engineering principles, theories, technologies, and concepts in assigned discipline<BR>- Working knowledge of configuration management<BR>- Capability to integrate designs<BR>- Able to understand technical data<BR>- Capable of resolving design issues by means of problem solving <BR>- 2D and 3D CAD design (e.g. CATIA, AutoCAD, Pro-Engineer)<BR>- Ability to work with MS Office computer applications<BR>- Associate's degree in a Technical discipline or equivalent<BR>- 4 years of experience in an engineering classification with 2 of those year in electrical / mechanical design or installation<BR>- 3 years CAD design<BR>- Able pass a drug screen and a criminal background check<BR><BR><b>HOURS / DAYS / SCHEDULE:</b><BR>- 40 hours per week<BR>- Shifts are Monday through Friday from 7:00AM to 3:30PM<BR><BR><b>SALARY / WAGE / BENEFITS:</b><BR>- Salary is $56,775 to $80,860 per year based on experience<BR>- Benefits include medical, dental, 401k, retirement, vacation<BR><BR><b> CLOSING DATE / DEADLINE:</b><BR>- Position is open until filled<BR><BR><b>HOW TO APPLY / REQUEST A REFERRAL:</b><BR>Report in person with this Job Order Number to your nearest WorkSource office.  Bring in your resume or work history showing you meet all requirements.  Applicants will be screened according to the job requirements listed above.  The employer has requested a limited number of candidates for this position.
