The company operates two facilities, in Everett, Washington and Brea, California. The two organizations offer complementary capabilities. The Everett facility has large gantry capability, but the primary focus is the production of smaller components, and the machining of hard metals -- such as stainless steel and titanium. As a part of Triumph Group, Triumph Structures- Everett enjoys the advantages of being part of a larger entity while maintaining the versatility and reaction time of a smaller entity. Triumph Structures offers an excellent compensation and benefits package.<BR><BR>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<BR><BR><BR><BR>* Perform operations involved in servicing and maintenance of machines tools, hand and power tools and machine attachments.<BR>* Check and maintain compressor, chip collection systems, etc.<BR>* Check and service of electrical and electronic panels and controls.<BR>* Replacement of parts and control modules.<BR>* Disassemble, select repair procedure, repair/replace worn or defective parts.<BR>* Perform duties incidental to the accomplishment of the assigned task.<BR>* Depending on skills and experience, may train lower level maintenance technicians.<BR>* Promote shop safety practices and policies• Willingness to support company training and cross functional efforts• Repair mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems<BR>* Read electrical and mechanical diagrams.<BR>* Use test equipment and hand tools.<BR>* Perform machine calibration.<BR>* Preventive maintenance, repairs, equipment modifications, new equipment installations and troubleshooting.<BR>* Visually inspects and tests machinery and equipment.<BR>* Listen for unusual sounds from machines or equipment to detect malfunction, diagnose problem.<BR>* Dismantles defective machines and equipment and installs new or repaired parts.<BR>* Installs and repairs electrical apparatus, such as transformers and wiring, and electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment.<BR>* Lay out, assembles, installs, and maintains pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, and repairs and replaces gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment.<BR>* Plans layout of wiring and installs wiring, conduit, and electrical apparatus in buildings.<BR>* Installs power supply wiring and conduit for newly installed machines and equipmen </font></td>
