               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">LocationEverett, WA<BR>Security Clearance Required?No Security Clearance Requiredabout security clearance definitions<BR>Position Description<BR>787 Pre-Flight & Delivery Manufacturing Operations Analyst (2nd Shift): As a member of our team you will be responsible for investigating, monitoring, coordinating, and resolving issues / activities to resolve aircraft build issues. You will be interfacing daily with manufacturing and support groups / leadership to understand, prioritize, and help resolve production issues. You will have the authority and responsibility for prioritizing the work distributed; communicating incoming issues and coordinating resolution activity among multiple functional organizations; leading the effort to seek trends in defect data and engage the support cell team members to find root causes and help prevent re-occurrences. The primary function will be to understand and respond to visual controls to ensure rapid resolution of issues within the support functions. Prepare reports and communicate production issues to manufacturing customers and leadership. Support development, improvement and maintenance of support cell standard processes and procedures. Understand resource requirements and capacity which may need to be adjusted to help meet schedule requirements and communicate these to leadership. Conduct assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria. Work with team members and leadership within the Everett Delivery Center to develop and implement strategies, plans, and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes.<BR><BR><BR><BR>Competencies<BR>General<BR><BR><BR>[ + ] Collaboration<BR>Generally works effectively and cooperatively with work group members, direct supervisor, and occasionally members of others work groups; establishes and maintains good working relationships by helping people feel valued, appreciated, and included in discussions.
