               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Northwest Staffing Resources in Everett is partnered with one of our clients, a luxury products manufacturer in Everett to hire a mid-level Mechanical Engineer. <BR><BR><BR>In this position, the Engineer will: <BR>-Design or modify sheet metal fixtures using SolidWorks CAD software <BR>-Create assembly and part drawings <BR>-Hand sketch initial concept drawings <BR>-Create and maintain BOM’s <BR>-Document procedures <BR>-Source new parts and materials <BR>-Communicate requirements with contractors and designers <BR>-Design and develop new products with little supervision <BR><BR>REQUIREMENTS <BR>-BSME or Industrial Design degree preferred <BR>-Product design experience <BR>-Experience in custom product manufacturing, in a rapid design to production cycle environment <BR><BR><BR>-2+ years SolidWorks field experience required <BR>-Technical Illustration by hand <BR>-Sheet metal design experience a plus <BR>-BOM creation and management knowledge <BR><BR><BR>-MRP/ERP System experience (Epicor is preferred) <BR>-Understanding of various materials, fabrication techniques and finishes as well as associated process limitations <BR>-Good understanding of complete production scope <BR>-Detail oriented with high accuracy <BR>-Prior LED and fluorescent lighting design experience a plus <BR><BR><BR><BR>About Us Northwest Staffing Resources has been a leader in the staffing industry since 1985.
