As the North American Sales Manager for our Calibration organization, you will be responsible for a team that is tasked with the development and growth of our business throughout the United States and Canada.<BR><BR>We are looking for a dynamic leader to be responsible for the development and management of a sales team that sells products directly and/or through designated distributors, and/or manufacturing representatives. You will work closely with the WW Director of Sales for Calibration to support company iniatives, develop and implement strategic direction, support the sales operations and leadership.<BR><BR>Responsibilities: <BR>* Develops, presents, implements, and manages strategic sales effort, to meet sales plans and forecasts.<BR>* Recognizes and capitalizes on all go to market opportunities, for profitability and business growth.<BR>* Builds a strong, direct sales team, and recognizes talent through coaching, feedback and support.<BR>* Develops a clear vision for the future of the business or organization. Conveys clear purpose and direction.<BR>* Creates an environment for the sales org. that provides development, promotions and continuous learning.<BR>* Maintains balance within sales org, ensuring proper attention to all routes to markets, and product lines.<BR>* Ensures admin. functions and resources at field level provide customer satisfaction and optimize orders.<BR>* Prepares annual business plan and manage budget for assigned operation.<BR>* Coordinates and communicate sales activities as appropriate.<BR>* Anticipates risks and devises contingency plans to manage them.<BR>* Perform other related duties as assigned.<BR><BR>Minimum Qualifications: <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><BR>* Bachelor?s degree with a concentration in a technical field preferred and 10 years'' experience in relationship management, metrics, technical sales, preferabl </font></td>
