               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Flexible hours!  The Part-time Fill-in Community Support Specialist manages the operation of an adult family home in Everett or Snohomish, serving adults with developmental disabilities and mental health issues. The Live-In works and sleeps on-site for the length of their shift.  Duties include assisting clients with basic living skills, and maintaining a clean and safe home environment. Successful candidates must have strong home management and cooking skills, basic financial management and writing skills, a current Washington Driver’s License, and good driving record. Must be able to understand and follow prescribed diets. Current NAR/NAC, 1st Aid/CPR, Fundamentals of Caregiving or 40 Hour Core Training, and Nurse Delegation certificates are a plus.
