Leads core team of Procurement Agents to reduce weight of supplier hardware. Coordinates weight reduction goals and activity with Engineering, Manufacturing and Program. Builds metrics and reports progress to senior 747 Program Leadership. Develops processes and tools to measure key performance indicators. Extracts, analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance-to-plan. Leads Near Net Shape across entire 747 supply base. Develops, implements and maintains cost reduction reporting metrics. Coordinates Near Net Shape strategy and implementation with internal Boeing organizations and Suppliers. Briefs senior 747 Program Leadership on progress to plan and new opportunities. Develops, documents and implements processes and systems in support of company goals. Supports the development and implementation of strategies. Identifies and implements improvements to streamline and automate process flows. Distributes, updates and tracks procurement plans for supply chain integration and procurement analysis. Assesses and reports compliance to internal/external stakeholders. Develops risk mitigation plans as required. Represent SM 747-8 to Boeing production stakeholders, partners, suppliers and product development efforts. Contributes strategy and leads cost reduction initiatives. Develop and maintain clear communication channels and provide expert advice and guidance to internal and external customers. Ensure program deliverables are complete and on-schedule.
