Requirements:  Successful candidates will have a minimum of 5 years experience on civil, electrical, or communication Projects including Underground Infrastructure, Utilities, or Communications projects   Ideal candidate with have a BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business AdministrationCandidates must also have strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ideal candidate will have experience working as an Office Manager, Operations Manager or some type of leadership role.Travel may be required to other company offices.Other important proficiencies are excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, Strong organizational skills, Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment, Exhibit initiative, responsibility and flexibility. Standards of performance include: Meeting construction operational standards, excellent client relations, timely reporting and resolution of problems, achieving financial and scheduling targets, monitoring expenditures and schedules. Understanding of office leadership and Profit / Loss breakdowns.Job Summary:  The Project Analyst will handle multiple operational functions and reports directly to the company Director. It will also include interfacing directly with client personnel including Architect, Engineers & Owners and Performing successfully in a team environment. Responsibilities: Directs and coordinates activities of designated business operations to ensure that goals or objectives of company are accomplished. Interfaces with city/county agencies, engineers, manages regulatory approval process. Bids projects out to various subcontractors and reviews bids and makes certain the scope of work is clear to each bidder. The Project Analyst with organize work and internal teams to enable construction to take place in a timely manner, with a minimum of disruption to the activities of the client. Develops a work plan and directs and coordinates activities of direct reports, vendors, contractors and suppliers to ensure project progresses on schedule. Prepares status reports during construction and reviews and provides technical advice. Must prepare project closeout documents and assure final punch list work is complete. Other duties are required.
