Might consider part-time.<BR><BR>The Psychiatric ARNP will provide mental health care services to patients incarcerated in the Snohomish County Jail. Responsibilities include: <BR>1. examination, diagnosis, and treatment of patients, within scope of licensing and qualifications; developing health care plans according to established standards of care in a correctional setting. <BR>2. Providing treatment and advice to patients as may be indicated; prescribing medications, securing case history and related pertinent information; examining patients, utilizing laboratory and other diagnostic tests, interpreting findings for diagnosis; diagnosing ailment(s) and providing necessary treatment and follow-up treatment as may be indicated and within scope of qualifications license; consults with jail mental health professionals (MHP’s) and community providers as needed. <BR>3. Refering patients with serious medical conditions to ARNP (Adult Medicine) if indicated or refering serious mental conditions to the mental health professional staff if indicated. <BR>4. Maintaining clinical records on all patients seen in a manner consistent with confidentiality of health care records guidelines <BR>5. Other duties as assigned.</font></td>
