We are in need of an experienced SDET who can take an active role in designing and implementing automated functional and non-functional code-driven tests and custom testing tools.<BR><BR>Minimum Qualifications<BR>To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:<BR><BR>? 5+ years experience testing enterprise software and systems (automation frameworks, test case automation, automation debugging/analysis)<BR>? 3+ years SDET Experience<BR>? 3+ years C# / ASP.NET / WCF<BR>? 5+ years SQL / T-SQL experience<BR>? Experience with Test Automation Tools<BR>? Experience with Visual Studio TFS (test suite including load test feature is highly desirable)<BR>? Solid engineering practices in design, coding, and testing<BR>? Passion for testing and quality assurance<BR>? Strong communication both verbal and written, excellent organizational skills, proven experience in collaboration with teams to achieve end result<BR>? Ability to work in fast-paced Agile environment to deliver requirements on specified dates<BR>? Work very well independently, with strong self-direction and initiative, as well as within a team structure<BR>? Experience with SDLC process and required documentation<BR><BR>Education/Experience<BR>Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience<BR><BR>5+ years ASP.NET, C#, .NET web services testing/development experience<BR><BR>Responsibility level<BR>Exercises moderate independent judgment with input from Lead Developers / PMs / Management.<BR><BR>Other Skills and Competencies<BR>Required<BR>? General knowledge of desktop / server hardware<BR>? General knowledge of and experience using IIS 6 or 7 on Windows Server 2003 or later<BR><BR>Desired<BR>? Experience writing and deploying WCF web services<BR><BR>Major Job Duties and Responsibilities<BR>Design and implement performance and stress tests, unit tests, UI tests, bug tracking and documentation. Create ad-hoc testing tools as required by the team. Design and implement automated build schedules, code check-in policies. Proactively analyze and troubleshoot potential code / service problems during development phase. Interact with Business Analysts and the user community during the development process.
