Oversee the analysis and evaluation of the quality of products, operations and processes. Guide the review of production plans. Establish process and product improvements by implementing technical initiatives. Oversee the process of problem resolution to ensure effectiveness of the Quality Management System. Provide oversight of the corrective action plans to assure timely completion. Review and oversee approval of Quality planning changes or disposition of nonconformance hardware products/processes. Provide direction for validation of corrective action to assure nonconformance has been eliminated. Monitor the groups'''' performance of the verification activity.
